These last three weeks have been pretty glum - an extreme number of exams... but that I barely care about compared to what else has been happening. One of my best friends was hospitalized since she has an eating disorder, a family friend has been put into hospital because he has a bad liver and bad kidneys... sounds like it's terminal.
And on top of that my brother has just had major surgery to remove a tumor from his jawbone - it was actually eating away at his jaw bone. They've taken it out and the bone, and put metal in there as well as taken bone from his hip to connect it all up. It is day three of recovery and he's not doing so good. They suspect there might be a clot in his leg which will be extremely scary if that is the case... I really, really hope not.
Yeah, so, I would like to escape from reality at the moment. Whore your stories. Ta.
