Writers Block! Help!

OK, so I seem to be having a serious case of writers block. I do have a lot of things that can I could potentially write about. Like my friends. guys, and other stuff. But I just can't seem to get any idea out on paper right. When I try, it seems to come out completely boring and wrong. Other times, i can't even think of anything to actually out down.

Do you guys have any ideas that could help me? Do you ever get writers block? and if so, how do you get over it?
