So I'll be traveling to Ireland, Wales, and England... a little advice?

In less than a week I'll be leaving for Ireland, and then Wales, and then England.

I was originally supposed to go in April but... thanks to that Icelandic volcano, it was postponed.

So we'll be going now.

I've never been to any of these places before. Hell, I've never left America before. So obviously I'm a tad nervous.

I was just wondering if I could get some pointers. Like, what the weather is like so I know how to pack, what the terrain is like, what I should probably bring, etc.

Here's my itinerary:

Sunday - Leave on plane.
Monday - Arrive in Shannon, travel to Killarney.
Tuesday - Ring of Kerry, visit sheep farm.
Wednesday - Travel to Dublin via Blarney Castle.
Thursday - Dublin Tour, optional Irish Folk Evening, traditional Public House dinner.
Friday - Leave Dublin, take ferry to North Wales, Snowdonia National Park
Sunday - London landmarks, optional Windsor Castle, dinner at Hard Rock Cafe.
Monday - Stonehenge & Bath excursions, evening West End theater performance.

So, a few questions about that:

As you may have noticed, I have two optional things to do: attend an Irish Folklore evening and visit Windsor Castle. Both I could do, but I was wondering if they were worth it? I'm not sure exactly what the Irish folklore evening entails, although it sounds fun, and Castles have always interested me. I just want to know the details of both.

Also, any recommendations on what show to see at the West End theater?

I would really appreciate any advice, thanks!
