Help me, please. :(

So,
I met this guy at the ADTR concert in Nashville last year...
And
We really hit it off.
INSTANT connection.
BUT.
I'm with someone else. I have been (on and off) since before I met this other guy.
I thought I was over him...
But today, I realized I am
DEFINITELY
not.
I have no idea what to do.
I'm in love with them both.
Does anybody have any experience/advice they can give me?
I seriously need help, here. :(
I'm losing my mind, and if I keep this up, I'll end up losing both of the guys that I love dearly.
