I woke up before my friends did.

So I slept over at a friends house with a bunch of other people and I've been awake for a little while and I don't think that anyone is going to wake up soon. I hate when this happens, especially now because I'm really hyper.

So I'm doing this new thing called the Hoover nap. It's where I train my body to fall into an REM cycle as soon as I fall asleep, which means no dreams or anything. I sleep for two hours every six hours. I just got done with my cycle that lasted from 4-6. Wow I didn't even realize that I've been up for an hour already. Anyways, this makes it where you sleep less hours in a 24 hour period, but you actually spend more time resting than the average person does, he ce you have more energy. I must say that I am very impressed; it works very well. Althouh breaking myself out of the habit for school is going be hell.

My back hurts. I want coffee.
