This Just "Irks" Me -_-

How come people on here keep on thinkin'
that 12 year olds arn't allowed on here? I mean,
I'm 12, and lot's of other kids on here are 12. They don't get
reported off to Dujo who I think, is barely even there.
I have a FRIEND on here who is 12. I think they are allowed
if they used correct grammer/spelling and follow the rules.

I do all those things. And the other mods even SAID that
12 year olds are allowed here. But still, when I go to
Dujo's page, I see reports on kids being underage.
It just "irks" me -_-
