Recipes and YouTube Cooking Channels - Yay food!

Image

So the partial purpose of this journal is to do a bit of whoring. My friend has a cooking channel on YouTube, and I promised her I'd try to get her some subscribers.

I can attest that she's a brilliant cook (just got accepted to a great culinary school, Johnson & Wales University) and she is also quite a character in general (crazy badass hippie girl), so the videos are well worth watching. I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think so, because I'm not the sort of person who tries to encourage people to do things they suck at.

So I'd really appreciate if you guys checked out her channel, KosmicColette.

ALSO.

Since we're on the subject off food, feel free to share favorite recipes here.

I'm a lazy person who likes homemade food, but doesn't quite like the hassle, so I prefer easy recipes, like this one for pizza bagels:

1. Take a plain bagel of whatever size you like.

2. Spread tomato sauce (I prefer homemade, but canned works fine).

3. Sprinkle fresh basil, oregano, and a dash of garlic salt.

4. Add lots of mozzarella on top.

5. Toast.

6. Enjoy.

So... any other budding cooks or bakers here?
