Soo not a computer whiz...

Okay so im kinda a newbie to Mibba and its like totally awesome but the one thing that is making me pull out my over dyed hair is the profile thing. I just cant seem to work it out. I either cant find one that i like or i cant seem how to make my own. I mean i would like to make my own. So if theres anyone i mean anyone out there that can help me with my problem i would love you forever. My humble brain just cant seem to understand all computer stuff. i would appreciate it greatly if antone could help me. Thanks(:
