I'll be the happiest person in the world if my all time favorite celebrities follow me on twitter. Like really happy. I know it's super hard to get them too, but does anyone know any tips on how i might actually be lucky enough?

So, yesterday i thought to my silly self i would send about 25 tweets to Joe Jonas saying Happy Birthday to and to follow me on twitter so i could get his attention. But, yeah...didn't really work out. O.o

But some people get really lucky like my friend, Justin Bieber follows her and she doesn't know how it happened. I'm not a Bieber fan, but hey HE IS FAMOUS! Isn't he?

Any tips? Will gladly appreciate it =D
