I've seen people be able to put a banner above their chapter title but since I am an epic fail when it comes to these kinds of things I can't figure out how to do it. Now some of you might not understand what I am talking about here but for those who do please HELP, because it is seriously driving me up the wall trying to figure the whole thing out on my own.
