I cannot describe how amazing this feeling was. I had never felt so happy in all of my life ( London + Pictures + Questions)

Two days ago I returned from my little getaway to London.
I can’t tell you guys how magical it was. The best two days of my life.

Whilst we were on the train, I found out that I had gotten an ‘A’ in my humanities GCSE. Was so shocked, I did awful on the contemporary issues and geography exams, I have a feeling that my coursework helped a lot. My friend and his girlfriend both got a B, so that was good, too. I have yet to hear from my other friends.

My family and I stayed at a lovely hotel overnight - The Millennium, I think it was. On the night, we went to TGI Fridays, and everyone was trying different cocktails. I had a non-alcoholic, but my sister let me try her Woo Woo. Damn, that’s one hell of a nice drink. I had two sips, and that did me for the night. I’ll admit, on a mere two sips, I was tipsy. Our server was so nice, he brought me a birthday cake and let me wear his hat. He also made me a balloon hat, which I wore until we got to the underground, and again until my parents made me take it off in the hotel bar. My sister begged him for one, too, and he gave in. “All in blue” was the second request, and he searched through two boxes to find three blue balloons, for it not to fit her head. I felt really bad when he said we were the second tippers that day. Only the second. Poor TGI guy D:

When we got back to the hotel - of in my case danced/ swaggered - my sister started singing “On The Street Where You Live” outside to Stephen. Baha, she’s amazing xD
They surprised me by giving my monkey box right there, as opposed to the next day. I couldn’t stop playing it, over and over again. Before slumber, I played a few tunes on my Ipod, ending with Red and Black/ The ABC Cafe<3

The next morning we had breakfast, yadda yadda yadda. My parents and I fled to St Paul’s Cathedral, then down Fleet Street. It was so windy, and I wanted a picture. I look so miserable on it, but I so wasn’t :D
There was this old fashioned sweet shop, from which I bought and devoured a bag of dolphin and strawberry gummies. YUM. They’re two of my favourites. Oh, and a packet of sugar paper-money.

From there, we took the tube to Leicester square, then spent fifteen minutes looking for my sister and Stephen. When we found them, my sister and I went to The Dress Circle, where I bought a Lion King snow globe. Yeah, I haven’t seen it yet, but I will. I wanted a few posters, but I already have quite a few pictures to find frames for. Soon, I shall buy them.

This is where I can no longer talk. I cannot describe what happened next, it’s beyond me. I seem to have lost my mind, as it spins around my hollow skull. I saw the most amazing thing man could lay eyes upon. Not a being, but several. Faultless, perfect, and I cried throughout the whole of it. Les Miserables. I can’t put it into words, how breathtaking it was. I find it hard to find the words to say. It was pure magic, the best thing I’ve ever experience. As much as I loved Phantom, it has nothing on Les Miserables. Nothing does. Epoinine even looked like Eponine, she was fantastic. Marius shocked me, as I never realised he was so neurotic and weak, also played amazingly. Valjean was played by an understudy. If he was the understudy, the actual Jean Valjean must have been beyond my wildest dreams. Seriously, this guy was an understudy, yet so... Perfect. Fantine and Javert were exceptional, as were the Thernadiers. Enjolras, oh my god, brilliant. The company and Gavroche were good too, as was Cosette. The whole cast and production blew me away, there are no words. There will never be any words. It’s simply Les Miserables.

The guy who played Javert created the role of King Triton on both Broadway and in the West End. The Valjean we were supposed to be seeing created the role of Chris in Miss Saigon. I still wouldn’t have altered it, it was perfect. I don’t know what to do, now, it really can affect a person.

On the way back, my sister and I shared my Ipod. From Dreamgirls, to Disney, to Nine, and of course, Les Miserables, with everything else in between. We were dancing at some points xD

So, yes. It honestly is impossible to explain... Just go and see it.

Musicals left to see that I want to:
Love Never Dies, Nine, The Little Mermaid, Cats, Miss Saigon, The Lion King, Wicked, Beauty and The Beast, Chicago, Sweeney Todd, Tarzan, My Fair Lady and Little Shop Of Horrors.

I tried my best :D

There’s my short (yes, I call that short) summary of the best two days of my life.

Questions!
1. What’s your favourite musical, and why?
2. Any musicals you plan to see?
3. Do you like Les Miserables?
4. If I asked you to you tube a certain song, would you do it?
5. Have you ever seen a musical? If so, which one(s)?
6. If you could play any character from a musical, who would it be?
7. Give me a Doris Day movie to watch?

If I could, I’d play Fantine or Eponine. I’ve always wanted to.

I’m off to tidy my room, update my Itunes, and probably watch something. I need advice on new story ideas, but I’ll ask that of you some other time. Have a lovely time, and may Mr. Bluebird be on your shoulder :D

P.S. I JUST GOT THE LITTLE SHOP AND MY FAIR LADY SOUNDTRACKS XD
