Day 1: So, I am officially a (coffee sipping, nocturnal till the early hours of dawn, procrastinating while studying) college student.

I think the title pretty much says it all.

I have become a college student, even though I still spend most of my time at home. I am surrounded by really gorgeous geeky guys, and I’m making friends quite well (which is a great improvement since high school, well, because I was the ideal wallflower there). I like my classes, which is also a great improvement, and I can stay awake during them, for the most part (my earliest class is at twelve!) I love this feeling, even though I know it will somehow bite me in the ass in a few weeks, but I’m okay with that. Not like I have to keep scholarships or anything…

I joined a few clubs on Wednesday, and I’m pretty excited about those. I joined a literary club, an art magazine, a photography/art club, and an international club, just to name a few. (On a whiny note, the guy who runs the literary club is melt-my-heart beautiful, it’s not fair. )

I have discovered the gloriousness of coffee – err, cappuccinos – and the sweet caffeine that runs through my veins and fuels my ever so hungry tank. (That was a total oxymoron – I’m fasting. There’s no way a cappuccino would keep me awake during the morning hours) I digress, however.

Eid is only a few days away, so I shall be done with starving hunger!

I am also waaaaaay too fricken’ happy at this time of the night. I think it’s the fact that I haven’t had a normal sleep schedule since, oh, the day after I graduated. Messed up sleep schedules do that to me, apparently.
