Need Advice Please

I am having some issues and I coulod really use some advice, anything helps. (Please label your advice P1 or P2.)

Problem 1:
My dad and I hav e been fighting a lot and we finally came to an understanding. He has given up on me and according to him, I need to do everything his way. My dad and I rarely talk now, and it is stressing me out. I love my dad but I don't want to be a pushover and do everything he says just to keep peace. Also, my dad is not the kind where you can just appologize and everythings ok. I want him to understand my opinions and understand that he's not always right.

Problem 2:
I have to pay my parents $500 for school each year. I have a job but care rarely work because I'm so busy. I cannot afford this but my parents won't stand down. ugh.
