Creepy Japanese Commercials... O-O Dont ask.

So me and my friends found these random Japanese commercials...
I will say they are funny but at the end I'm still like WTF!
Ok first of all I can kind of understand the chip commercial.
My take on it is that the little boy comes home sad from school, then the dog does some weird things and gives the boys some chips.
Umm and then I guess the little boy is happy?
But then the dog gets jealous because the little boy leaves with his girlfriend?

Umm yeah but for the second commercial I have no effin' clue.
I just dont understand...
Like why?!?
The woman gives birth to a horse in a grocery store?
Is that what's happening?!?
