Legs Getting Skinnier?

Okay, recently, I'm taking physical education course... cuz I need it to pass my grade. But anyway, recently, I noticed that after jogging about a mile or so and then stretching my legs out, the ankle part of my leg is slowly getting slimmer.

See, I don't have a photo. But my leg used to look like a log, a bit more fat on the calf part, but after running and stretching... I noticed how slimmer the ankle part was getting.

So if there's girls who are bothered about how fat their legs are. (It's probably only me, though.) This is something to try out.

-Just run about three laps around the track.
-And then take about five minutes or so to stretch your legs out.
--make sure to stretch you legs while sitting on the floor. (^.^)
