My story, Beauty and the Beast, has been reported twice. The first time made sense -- I had accidently put it under "true story" instead of "fanfiction". Okay, honest mistake. That was fine.
Second time, I get a poorly written, grammatically incorrect report under PLAGIARISM that says "this basicaly fallows the same plot as beauty and the beast".
...Really? Really? There are SO many things f-cked up with this.
1. The fairy tale of Beauty and the Beast does NOT have copyrights on it, as far as I know. There have been movies and books that are spinoffs of this tale as far as the eye can see. Mine is NO DIFFERENT.
2. This is fanfiction, thus even if it was plagiarized, I am not gaining any monetary anything from it.
3. My plot is markedly different from Beauty and the Beast's, particularly later on.
F-ck that sh-t. And it's undoubtedly going to be a week before an editor can even get to it, and I don't know if they're even going to side with me :/
