Okay so I decided that so that I will actually stick to my plan of losing weight I will write a journal everyday about how my progress is, what exercises I'm doing, what I'm eating, how I'm feeling, and my weight that day. I'm really hoping to get support from others and maybe even influence others to take this journey with me.
Progress: day 1
Exercises: One-Legged Plank, Side Hydrant, Reach and Twist, and The Frog (all out of December 2010 Cosmopolitan Pg 156) and 30mins on the elliptical.
Brunch: 1 serving of eggs with hot sauce, 2 sausage links, and orange juice
Snack: 1 serving of wheat things and Gatorade
Dinner: 1 serving of pasta with 1/4 cup of ham, 1/4 cup sweet sausage, red sauce, and teaspoon of Parmesan cheese, a glass of water, and half cup of mango smoothie
Feeling: Nervous and Happy
Starting Weight: 185lbs
Starting Height: 5' 4"
Weight goal: 125lbs in 5 months
