My weight loss journey

Good morning folks! Today is our second day together on this journey to a more healthy and active lifestyle. Here are some tips that I've read that may help you get started:
Exercise in the morning before breakfast and you'll get trim quicker
Mix up your routine (if you work abs one day work your arms the next day)
Okay so here's my results for today:

Progress: day 2

Exercises: easy walk on the treadmill for 1hour

Lunch: Greek Salad, an orange, and a water
Dinner: Chinese take out

Feeling: Sore

Today's Weight: 180lbs (note: I naturally fluctuate between 180 and 185)

Starting Weight: 185lbs

Starting Height: 5' 4"

Weight goal: To weigh 125lbs in 5 months
