Honey, Don't Call Me Baby.

I hate it when boys call me "baby" or "babe".
I have no idea why, but I hate it.
Its like if you're going to give me a name that's not MY name, give it thought, not just "babe".
It makes me feel cheap.

Now if your called that, NO OFFENSE to said comment about being cheap. I don't think you are. I just feel that way if I am called that.

But I don't know, I have no problem if a friend calls me that, but if your a boy, who "likes" me and wants to give me a cute nickname, DO NOT call me "babe".

This is what I would do in that situation.

Boy: Hey babe.
Me: Babe? Really? Why call me that?
Boy: Well, because I think your pretty and Amazing.
Me: really? Well can I call you pighead?
Boy; No, Why?
Me:Because I think you have an annoyingly big head and if you call me what you think of me, why can't I do it too you?
Boy: ....

See?
in my mind that makes sense.
It may not to you, but that okay, because we all see things differently. But just to share that thought. I'm tired of boys calling me "babe" or "baby" its annoying. I'd rather you say my name.
