Nice to know you think I'm suicidal?

Okay,so I have a friend named Kitty. I have a few classes with her, and hang out with her occasionally.
A while ago, she walked up to me in the morning and started describing this dream she had.It went like this...

She dreamt that she was with some of our other friends,and were walking by a hospital. Then she saw me on the roof of this hospital, and I was in a wheelchair. A crowd formed on the ground, and everyone thought I was gonna jump. One of our other friends yelled "Don't do it, Judy!" I pushed myself off the edge and I fell a couple stories to my death. Everyone started screaming, and was coated in blood.

I know there are other meanings towards this, like the wheelchair means something not obvious. But either way, it can't be that great of a dream.

One of the friends with us then said,"She can't commit suicide, she's too happy!"

She has never seen the scars on my arms.
