Such sadness. What has happened to us?

Comrades and allies. What happened to us? we used to be great. We used to stand tall and crush any who stood before us. Now we grow weak. Our hearts are heavy. Our minds easily distracted. I see and hear stories of sadness and woe. So many people now suffer. But these are our own people our own friends and family who experience such sorrow. Do not cast a blind eye to these folk. Instead carry them up upon your shoulders so they may see the sun again once more and be revived. It is up to us to save ourselfs and our kin. This is no easy task I know I know. But it must be done. And so shall it be. We were once a strong nation of people who prided themselfs on fairness and justice and we shall be again. Those out there who know they are destined for a higher purpose are the ones to whom I speak. But everyone has the potiential to be something more. So now I ask of you one thing. Follow me. So we may over the next year better ourselfs and each other. Share our own stories of woe and lean on each other for support when none others would give it. Shall we begin togther than?
