Wishes

Sometimes I wish I could just wrap my arms around you and hold you. I wish I could convince you that everything will be okay. I want us to last. I want you to be happy and put this behind you. I know its hard and I know it won't happen but I wish it would. You are what keeps me happy even though you aren't even truly happy. I wish I could just be good enough to make you happy and have everything like a fairy tale. You would make the perfect princess. This is all such a mess but I wouldn't trade it for the world. We can do this, together.
