So I'm listening to "Wonderwall" and wondering how it's such a terrible song... but yet it's so good. Huh. Go figure.
Anyways, I just wanna thank some people.
- Peggy, thank you for raising three brilliant sons, and letting two of them into our lives. Thank you for putting up with them. You are a brave woman, and I respect you so much. I really hope all is well for you. <3
- Mimi, thank you for letting John get a guitar and learn from Julia. I know you didn't really approve of her mothering style, but you did let her do things like that and I, personally, owe you so much. <3
- Kurt, thank you for the lyrics that have helped me feel not so alone at times, and thank you for being such an amazing person. <3
- My friends, thanks for accepting me for who I am, because I know I'm a real b*tch sometimes, and I might be insane, but you love me anyways. You guys mean the world to me. <3
- Aunt Alicia, you helped make me who I am today, so I owe you, majorly. <3
- Alan, thank you for signing that ragtag group of boys up in Manchester. I owe you so so much. <3
- Brian, thank you for following your instinct and trying to get those Scousers signed. You changed the world, even if you didn't know it. <3
- And you, the one reading this, for your time.
So those are my thanks. You probably don't know who some of those people are, but it's better that way.
<3
