I can't believe this

Like im starting to think or over think my whole guy situation. Bottom line I had 1 boyfriend like ever lasy year he was my first kiss and all that and it ended. But like guys never come talk to me or hit on me or anything like that. And I don't dress like a slut and im not overly clingy or wierd or anything like that. I think maybe it's the way my facial expression is at the time or whatever. When ever I see a cute guy I point them out to my friend or sister or whomever is next to me. But im not overly obvious about it because id be way to scared to go talk to they guy. Does anybody have advice for me on how to maybe talk to guys or maybe for a change of me waiting around for the guy I go up to him instead? Advice would be awesome thank youu!!!
