Layouts

I can't get a new layout to work no matter how hard I try. :( This sucks. I really want a new one. And I find so many good ones but I can't figure them out. I suck at this. I really need help.
If anyone has any data that can help me it would be greatly appreciated!! <3<3<3

Also if you have any ideas for my stories they would be greatly appreciated as well as I am suffering from writer's block right now. I have so many ideas running through my head that I can't concentrate on any of my stories. >_<
