Help.

There's a guy that I really really like, but I cant tell him. He's one of my best friends, and I'v been out with im before, but now I dont what to do because I just moved across the country and left him behind. I dont know if I should tell him, or how. He doesnt get the internet much because of his parents, and I dont have his phone number, and if I ask my friends then they'll know and I dont want them to.

Please help!!
