Ah, donkey balls. [I cant sleep. help?]

Katie, you must not let this become a thing. You have to go back to school in 5 days! You need to be getting up before 2pm. Therefore you need to be sleeping before 3am....

This is f*cking bugging me. My sleeping pattern, which was never great, is gone mad. It hasn’t happened this badly in over a year. I’ve never been a great sleeper (actually, lie), I’m a great sleeper. I just have trouble getting to sleep, and then I have trouble waking up.

Like, insomnia, but not being able to wake up. ><

And it bugs me to no end.

I’ve always been a nighttime person, I just dont do well in the daytime. My dad is a night time person aswell, so thats where I get it from. It’ll screw me over so bad one day. I know it will. But for now, I’m staying up all night. Not going near a bed.

Wish me luck to not crash. ><

But, here's where I'm going to ask for some help. People of Mibba. What suggestions can you give me to help me sleep? And I dont mean like counting sheep or all the other obvious things. They dont work for me.
