Question About Story Layouts? HELP!

So I'd like to think that I made pretty good layouts(but I doubt it).
Anywho, I'd like to know how to add little pictures, like the lines that seperate certin parts in chapters, that make sure you know its a new setting or time.
That was a crappy explenation, but I'm not sure how to?
