Okay this is too scary. Most of my guy friends play hockey and yes it is a high intensity sport.
It's fast paced and exciting, but it's also really dangerous.
I've always been kind of paranoid that something might happen, but they always assure me that it'll be fine.
Just last year, my friend Brian dislocated his knee from hockey and my best friend Sage got 2 concussions.
This year, my friend Brock already got a chipped elbow and it's just scary cause so much can go wrong. They sent me this video today which just made me even more paranoid.
