I need opinions [anime, manga, jrock, etc]

For a couple of months now, I've been planning a website that I wanted so badly to launch.

The theme? Japanese fanfiction.

I've never seen a sole website just for Japanese fanfiction. I've only ever seen a fanfiction archive for J-rock, Wouldn't it be amazing to see manga, anime, J-rock, J-pop, and J-drama fanfiction all in one place? I know there's sites like Quizilla and Fanfiction.net for this, but this website will be EXCLUSIVELY Japanese based. It's like my dream come true, and I'm sure for many others.

But other than that, through this website, I want to promote fanfiction writers to be become better writers. I think for many people, fanfiction is a great way to start writing and developing as a writer. I want it to be a more "serious" writing community, just like Mibba.

I've already gotten approved for a URL and hosting. The script I'm using is something that I'm very familiar with. And I'm currently designing a layout. But I know this is a project that I can't do on my own.

So, for setting up a website like this, does any have any tips? Am I crazy to do this? Any opinions on the layout?
