Have you ever?...

I'm sorry for any grammatical errors! I'm writing this from my phone. Anyways: I was just wondering if any of you have ever been in a really awkward situation where you left somewhere or place then came back after an extended period of time and just felt so out of place. The story is: I used to go to a charter school with about 400 students, it was a really small and close school and everyone knew each other. Then I decided to tranfer to a 'regular' school with about 1600 students and I didn't really know anyone but I joined the cheer squad and made a few good friends. While at this new school I decided to go back to my old school just because. Now I'm back at this new/old school and everyone's like "Oh hey where'd you go, why'd you leave." and other annoying questions. I also feel really out of place back her like I don't belong and I really want to go back to my regular school. I have no idea what to do and would love advice from a third party (you). Anyways I'm sitting in my school hallway right now writing this (it's a really chill school).
