Looking for a new profile layout.. Any suggestions? (Quick Entry)

I really really want to change my layout because i've had this one for almost a year and I don't like it anymore. I am looking for a new theme/layout that is fairly elegent but simple and sweet.

I was wondering does anyone have any layout suggestions i can use and or does anyone make actual layouts of Mibba ? I am in desperate need of new one so any suggestions would be lovely. If someone could help me out that would be fantastic and i will be very appreciative.
