what style should i get my hair cut?

i was thinking a bit like hayley williams' hair (except not the colour coz i'm not dying it). i also want a side fringe or a fringe but not a thick fringe. hmmm.....i like having long hair coz everyone these days seems to have shoulder length hair 9well they do where i live) but having long hair is duifficult, the washing it, the knots. ARGH annoying. so shall i get it cut shorter, about shoudler length. or a bit shorter than shoudler length...or...i dunno. what do YOU think?

right now my hair is past my shoulders, dark brown with a slight side fringe.
