Valentines Day

Despite the earlier entry 'In love with my bestfriend'
This is about my views on Valentines Day.

Im not fully boycotting it but i dont believe in the standards they are spreading. Why share ur affection for a loved one for a WHOLE day, by the works for a WHOLE day. Why should we excuse rubbish boy/girlfriends for a WHOLE day.

We should cherish our significant others for the other 364 days aswell. Just tiny gifts or notes can make a persons day especially if coming form someone who means something

This 'argument' is debateable but this is just my view.
I like Valentines Day to a point.
Today i wore green in my hair, not just because i dont own any red hairbands but because why should i encourage this day by wearing its colours. I gave a friend a card but hes my bestie and i wanted to confess to him. It just happened to be on today. After May hes gone, everyday is precious to me.

This year, Before May. Everyday is my valentines day. I will put my all into everyday and not just one. Make the best memories that you could fill a book of. Not one you can scribble on a scrap piece of paper.

Hypocritical i know my beliefs go against eachother but thats me an di cant change that fact.
