Wow, I can't believe I've already failed a journal update! I've flunked out on you all, not good. I just didn't have any time yesterday.
My day yesterday went like this:Woke up, went to get some lunch at a drive in, ate lunch, got ready for MCR, then left for MCR. I didn't get back in till 1:00am as well, I was too tired for words.
I'll give the rundown on MCR.
It took an hour to find somewhere to park because it was so packed! When we finally found somewhere to park, we made our way to Nottingham Capital Arena, we helped this woman and her kids find the arena as well, surprisingly I knew my way around Nottingham!
When we got there we didn't have to queaue because the doors opened at 6pm and we finally got to the arena at 6:30pm. Which worked in favor, we didn't have to queaue! We then said are goodbyes to the woman and her children and went to buy some merch. I got 2 tee-shirts and a wristband. Awesome by the way.
Then we went inside where the gig was, we were standing and not many people were in yet so we got a place really close to the front! The view was amazing.
LostAlone rocked, and when I say rocked I meant smashed it! They were so good. Then The Blackout! came on stage and wow. I was screaming my head off, jumping everywhere. I've seen them before and they just get better and better each time you see them! Sean Smith made me laugh so much, when he told everyone who was standing to flag everyone who was sitting. I laughed so much at him, he's so awesome. Bob's face made me laugh sometimes as well, he did some funny face expressions. The whole band was awesome!
Then MCR Came to the intro of Danger Days.... The whole place exploded and the vibe kept going all the way through the show! When they played Ghost Of You everyone had their phones and lighters and cameras out and waved them about, it was magical. The whole gig was beyond awesome! When Gerard sang cancer then went off stage, then everyone started shouting "MCR!" And they came back on and sang BulletProof Heart!!!
I cried when they played Summertime and I'm Not Ok(I Promise). They were just that good!
And Today, my family came round for dinner? an alright day. I've been suffering from a massive headache today, and I can't talk for screaming to much last night! My head is bloody killing me and I can't move it. My body is so stiff, but it was worth it. I couldn't have asked for a better night.
It's easy to see why My Chemical Romance can be your favorite band. Cause I know they're mine <3
