I'm so proud of myself! I lost four pounds!
It doesn't seem like much, but when you've got a slow metabolism like me, any weight loss is exhilirating. I EARNED this weight loss!
But I was thinking about maybe trying the South Beach Diet. I've researched it a little, but I'm kinda confused. Do they just give you a meal plan and you make the food yourself, or is it like Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem when they mail you food?
If anyone can help me out, that'd be great :]
Oh, and some other questions.
Since prom is April 9, I was thinking of doing a juice fast 30 days before then. Would it be a bad idea to do the juice fast AND do Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred?
Also, is there any truly proper way to do a juice fast?
