We all see ourselves, families, and friends in the characters of our favorite books, animes, movies, and video games. And thus these characters would be called our "fictional twins". :3

Honey from Ouran High School Host Club (Because he's like Momiji, he's my second anime twin! :O)
Momiji from Fruits Basket <- I'm nicknamed Momiji by all of my high school friends. :O
Naruto from...need I say it?
Rikku from Final Fantasy X (I have someone to call Yunie XD)
Selphie from Final Fantasy VIII (Why her, >_< My very own Irvine said i was her.)
Yuffie from Final Fantasy VII (.... Not funny. A friend of mine that I claimed was too quiet like Vincent said I was Yuffie)
Misty from Pokemon (Only because I can have a temper. That's alright cause i have a Brock to use my imaginary mallet on. XD)
Seras Victoria from Hellsing (Yay, finally a vampire. How may I serve you, "Master"? XP)
Chi Chi from Dragonball Z) (That's alright, because my friend dubbed me as Chi Chi is the clueless Goku. XP)
Son Goku from Saiyuki (Yay, so that means....wait! He eats a lot?! T.T Sanzo-chan is cruel...)
