Personality Tests

Ok, so I've taken a lot of depression personality tests today and a few months ago, and in all of them my results come out really high and it always tells me that I need some serious help. I've taken a lot of these and some of them I tried before, I've done them again and I still get the same results. Here's one of the results that I got:
