I'm new, hello

So yes, I'm not 100% sure why I got this, I already have a FanFiction.Net account and Quizilla. I also post my stories on DeviantART and Bebo (I still have one, yes).
BUT, I'm quite liking the look of this place, the people seem friendly, just one small teensy thing...

How do I change my layout? I googled it and looked at sites, but they're all a couple of years old and all the content has gone, so...
Can anyone help me? Please?
It'd be greatly appreciated :D
I'm only looking for a colour change or something, and layouts I have found have no information on how to apply them to my profile. So yes :D Help?
