Sad/Morbid and or New Orleans-like Songs From the 30's? If You Know Any, Please Help Me Out

It's been a few days that I've been looking through songs from around the 1930's or so, because I love the style and the sound, but I've not really found any songs that appeal to me that much. I like the darker side of things and I know there were a lot of songs about that around that time, but I just can't seem to find them on my own.
What are some sad/morbid 30's or around that time songs you know of? Or New Orleans style, because I love New Orleans!

Also, do any of you know any really good recordings of Over the Rainbow that sound really sad or something? (From any time-frame). Because, I swear I heard one once, but I didn't know who did it. And do you know of any good covers of The Carter Family's No Depression in Heaven? I've looked at a few that were newer, but they were odd sounding country singer women xD So, if you could help me with that aswell; that would be great =P

Any songs about the devil from around the 30's I think would really appeal to me. You know that New Orleans style, right? I just love it to death! If you could find me any songs like that, I'd love you forever!
