Banner Makers?

I've tried and tried to make banners but the free websites only let me use one image and I'd like to merge two in there for one of my new and unreleased story. I'm not putting it up anytime soon but I would really love it if someone made me one or showed me a website that would allow me to do so.

I mean, my banners come out pretty good, I can't complain. But when I see other people with the fancy fonts and perfectly merged pictures it just gets me sometimes. Its like, "How the hell do they do that?" Its a question with no answer.
