Columbine...one of the worst things to happen in America's domestic history...not because of the students who were shot...but because of the students who did the shooting. These were two kids who were full of potential, however, due to having their self-esteem beat down and reduced to nothing, they took a drastic step to be known. Now look where American schools are. Any kid who wears black and listens to bands such as Marilyn Manson is a potential threat, any kid who thinks differently than the norm is a potential terrorist. I urge any teacher, any staff member at a school who may be reading this to look out for these kids, not to place them on a wanted list, but to reach out for them, help them. Because at the end of the day, School is their Hell.
