Somethin' good

I'm late going to school today (and on Mibba) because I've got a funeral to attend.
Just to explain myself.

Lately I've been doing nothing but reading manga. Like non-stop. Don't even take a break to focus on homework. And I've been reading weird crud too. Yaoi, occult, murder, psychological, tragedy, seinen... all that stuff I usually avoid. And it's delicious xD

But I'm running out of good series to read.
So I'm wondering,

are there any good stories like that on mibba?

Original fiction (not another band fanfic, please) that's so good it could be a novel?
That hits one of the genres mentioned above? (Preferably not yaoi? I've had enough of those to last me a lifetime... eh, more like a year).
