Novel issues

So...I've been working on a novel lately, one I intend on publishing, but I've run into a slight snag. I have my basic plot line, but I'm lacking the plot outline for the entirety of the story. I can't think of anything to happen throughout the story. It's pretty sad to be honest, but I'm so stuck with it. Is there anyone who would be willing to help me out with coming up with ideas? Also....I'm in need of an editor, since my spelling and grammar suck at times. So if there's anyone interested in helping out....please let me know, I would seriously appreciate it.
