Banner Help

I'm having trouble because no one I ask can help me make a banner and I really want them for my stories. I've seen some amazing banners on here so obviously someone knows how to do it. What I'm asking is for anyone's help, whether you make banners or someone you know make them. I'm asking if you or someone you know will give me detailed steps on how to make banners. I really would be estatic if you, whoever it is that's reading this, will help me out. Thank you so much and for you who won't help, well thanks for at least reading.:)
