DESPERATION FOR POWER

What I don't understand is why would someone stay with someone who would hit them. You hear the same excuses after "baby I'm sorry i wont do it again", "I'm sorry baby i love you" blah blah blah but in the end the victim ends up blaming them self saying i did something wrong, it was all me, i should have just listened. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE do they thrive on others pain and tears and suffering. Well i say guys who hit women are nothing but PATHETIC LITTLE WIMPS WHO CANT GET POWER UNLESS IT HAS TO DO WITH FEAR.
