Dungeons and Dragons players?

Ok so if you have heard of Dungeons and Dragon and know how to play, PLEASE keep reading...if you don't, then you probably shouldn't read any further because you will not understand anything...

So. If you are still reading, that means you know how to play this and can help me. My boyfriend and all his friends play it and they all want me to play but I feel stupid because I don't catch on easily to things like that so can you please put it in the simplest terms possible...or if you know any websites that explain it really well that would be excellent. Just any help at all would be nice...
