Cyber bully

Word can hurt is like wound that will not heal.
I believe that many parent/guardian ask their question "why those people bullied their child?" When they find out that their kids has been bullied most of the time the victim kill his/her self, Well we can all seek some help but some of us keep our mouth shut is like a bomb ticking until is too late. My question is

Had been a victim of cyber bully or are you a victim of cyber bully?
Had you try to commit a suicide?
Had you ever been a bully in your life?
Is your state/country is illegal or legal about cyber bully?
What do you think about cyber bully? And what is your opinion?
