Would you read a story like this?

Hello all. I'm thinking of doing a story based around the Islamic religion. I'm planning on including information (I've been doing research into the subject) about courtship, the marriage and having children. It's going to take a lot of time and research so I don't mess something up, but would you read something like that?

Also, if you are a part of the Islamic religion, could you give me some ideas of what a normal day in your life is like (ie: things you have to do daily, religious observations, what types of food you can or cannot eat, etc.)? I would be eternally grateful for any help or feedback.
