Motionless In White: TJ Bell's Departure. What do you think?

Hey everyone once again :) here’s are my next questions involving Motionless In White. I want to hear all of your opinions.

Do you think Motionless In White is better off without TJ Bell or are they better with TJ Bell? What did you think when TJ left? Also, do you think that Ricky Olson should’ve stayed with the bass and MIW should’ve found a new guitarist? Or do you think Ricky is good for the guitar? Let me know what you think.
